With COVID-19 cases surging and new variants constantly being discovered we are committed to helping you stay healthy and informed. Our team is ready, willing, and able to test for the COVID-19 infection should you feel that you may have been infected.

Our COVID-19 Antibody Test is the fastest way to determine if you have been exposed to COVID-19. As part of your immune system response your body will produce antibodies that we are able to measure through a numerical value. This COVID-19 semi-quantitative test is for individuals who think they may have had COVID-19 and do not currently have symptoms. Keep in mind that it may take up to two weeks after exposure to COVID-19 to begin developing antibodies.

*This test does not tell you if you have an active COVID-19 infection

The rapid antigen COVID-19 test we are offering is an antigen test that uses a nasal swab to collect a sample. This rapid test will tell us if you have antigens for an ACTIVE COIVD-19 infection. Antigen tests are designed to detect proteins from the virus that causes COVID-19 in respiratory specimens such as nasal swabs. The antigen test sounds like the antibody test, but the antibody test is not the same (the antigen is used to indicates a current infection; while the antibody test helps us see if you had a past infection). Our Rapid Antigen COVID-19 testing allows us to take a nasal swab specimen from you and receive results in less than 20 minutes while you are still in our office.
The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test for COVID-19 is a molecular test that analyzes your upper respiratory specimen, looking for genetic material (ribonucleic acid or RNA) of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. We use the PCR technology to amplify small amounts of RNA from specimens into deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), which is replicated until SARS-CoV-2 is detectable if present. The PCR test has been the gold standard test for diagnosing COVID-19 since authorized for use in February 2020. It’s accurate, reliable, and typically produces results within 24hours.
