IV THERAPIST

Remedy IV is a Private Concierge Medical Practice that utilizes highly experienced medical staff to perform Telehealth/ PRN Orders for treatments and procedures in Homes, offices or hotels.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Performing IV Infusions or COVID-19 Testing as a mobile service.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing chelation infusions, antibiotic infusions, electrolyte infusions, Exosome infusions and vitamin infusions 
  • Administering medications and fluid therapy, monitor patients IV and medications and follow PRN Orders 
  • Inserting and maintaining Peripherally Inserted Catheters  
  • Teaching intravenous access and insertion 
  • Inserting intravenous access 
  • Monitoring a patients response to treatment 
  • Assessing line sites and patency 
  • Keeping infection control and prevention as a priority 
  • Reviewing pertinent lab values and drug information 
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professions 
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers 
  • Performing procedures in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Performing patient assessments 
  • Coordinating the discontinuation of IV services with patients 
  • Thorough documentation and Telehealth with Supervising Physician 
  • Marketing to your network via Social Media/ Word of Mouth 

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory, Sanitization of equipment, communication with company app for updates and information 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
Licensed Registered Nurse or Paramedic, ACLS, CPR

Experience:
IV placement skills far above average 

Other:
Valid Drivers License, Personal Vehicle and technology efficient.

CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Answering calls, gathering prequalifying patient information based on protocol parameters and dispatching to Nurses 
  • Entering patient information into DrChrono EMR 
  • Preparing IV kits for oncoming Nurses
  • Documentation of Lot numbers
  • Restocking bags and keeping track/ maintaining equipment
  • Placing weekly orders to fill PAR levels
  • Picking up supplies from local distributors
  • Cleaning and maintaining the office
  • Performing COVID-19 Testing; Antibody, Rapid Antigen, PCR Swabs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • Educating patients, families, and/or caregivers
  • Performing procedures in a timely and efficient manner
  • Marketing to your network via Social Media/ Word of Mouth
